Ouch! That belongs in the 50% off thread! And the hangars are funny.

What amazes me is how fast some of these properties were lost. Danville bought June 23, 2006. So, first mortgage payment wasn't due until Aug 1. By Nov 21st, 2007 the bank had taken it back, so they made what, 6 payments? It's like they put less thought into buying a home than most of us put into buying a car.

I HOPE YOU LIKE IT BETTER AFTER OUR 20K REDUCTION!!!! (Not really much of reduction, and no... I still do not like it. And, why are you yelling at me?) BEAT THE BANK!!! (Why? It is more fun to watch the explanation points disappear as it is to get a better deal) THE MOST AFFORDABLE 3 BEDROOM 2 BATHS IN ORANGE!!! (It will just be more affordable when the bank prices it at $299k) A MUST SEE IF YOU ARE SHOPPING AROUND FOR A BARGAIN!!! (I have seen it, and it is no bargain, but I will keep shopping... thanks. And, stop yelling and using explanation points like a crackhead hitting the crack pipe, you just look like an illiterate fool.)

Pretty interesting stuff. Here's the caption that goes with one of the houses in Stanton: "This Stanton 4 bedroom 3 bath at 10207 Banff Street last sold for $557, 536 in August of 2007. The homebuyer "cut lawns for a living," a neighbor told me, adding, "Boy, I don't know how he got that loan." Soon after the purchase, there were 15 people living inside. Starting bid now: $159,000."

It looks more like the "owners" trashed the houses. Tijuana Motel, indeed. 15 people living in a house is going to run it into the ground.

The gangs just tagged the outside.

I thought he was banned from the state. I mean, AZ is just like OC anyway, right?
