Long Beach (Live in the LBC)

hey MK, I was pulling up some stats on Belmont Shores:

Median age for male/female is: 35.1/33.3... I thought that is a bit low, maybe all those renters out there... but all I see mostly in Belmont Park are seniors, who in the coming years will most likely be forced to sell their homes to fund their retirement.. any thoughts?

congrats, iceman... I hear you on the $/sq ft in BS... like I keep telling my wife, we'll be lucky if can buy in Irvine, let alone Long Beach... The LBC would be the ideal place to live for our family...

I thought she was VERY motivated, she already bought a new property, a single mom, newly divorced, with a kid under 1...! I guess she needs the $$, but she should have some equity even after splitting it in half with the ex...

The house on Claremont has raised it's price also, from $699,000 to $739,000

Anyone still around with an interest in Belmont Shore/Heights? Prices are looking pretty reasonable compared to OC condos/townhomes within walking distance of the beach.
