I am a fan of the Taqueria la Mexicana on 4th and Coronado. Not enough to live down there, though.

Agreed, the Super Mex local is worth some bucks but this guy must have loved it allot, $789,000 bucks worth in 2007. That is some spicy Salsa!!! I imagine his mouth is still burning, as is his pocketbook....Ouch!!!

Hey that Park Ave place is closer to its <strong>1994</strong> price than its 2007 price.
 
Alright, lets get a list going for Super Mex. Then, a PM will go out to all on when we can all, er most of us can make it. And... no, I'm not buying for everyone. I might buy awgee a taco though. That is if he puts me in his will/trust to inherit his gold. I need that future inheritance to leverage for the taco and my down payment.
 
This is actually really sad. I live right down the street from these people. It is a REALLY nice place and these people bought this house $685,000 in 1999. Any guesses how this is now a short sale?

If you do the math these people have sucked out more than $265,000 bucks to be under water at the $950,000 ask. I emphasize "MORE THAN". Sad just sad.
 
I'm definitely in for the Super Mex field trip. I am also very keen on the idea of getting onto Kaos' boat.... so this would have to be a weekend. No ?

LOL ! I drove by it the other day and it's still out there !!! 3 Years later. That tells me the buyers never even moved into this unit..... It's probably been vacant the entire time. There's nice new carpet in there !
