NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
[quote author="morekaos" date=1229352359]Had to put this one up for comedic relief. Not only did this clown buy near or on the peak in March 2006, Bozo paid $720.00 a square foot. Yeowza!!! Now he thinks he can actually unload this 84 year old relic for a mind numbing $785.00 a square foot. That is assuming his gem appreciated 9% during the worst 2 years in real estate history. It boggles the mind!!

Well, he may think he might get there when he saw that there was an even greater bozo paid over $1,000 to live in Long Beach this year. haha

RE in the LBC Hilariously posted this one in October

But check out this price drop, $385,000 or 32% in just 2 1/2 months...that's drastic. Someones heir wants out, like today.

And check out this monster, 3255 Square feet at $245 a square foot. This is getting my interest. This poor sap paid $1,200,000 smackers just 2 short years ago and now can't unload the albetross for $795,000? This is real pain in real time.

Nice neighborhood. Have prices really gone down that much near the lagoon? Orlena sold on 5/26/06 for $1,250,000 and now listed for $795,500? That is a drop of 36% in 17 months. And that is if they get there asking price.

OUCH!

Probate Sale. Huge Price Reduction. What a steal. Spacious home in the desireable Alimitos Heights neighborhood. Priced accordingly to reflect condition. Property needs upgrading. Property has large basement.

What a boring description. The voice in my head when I read it is that of Steven Wright.

No one seems to be rushing in to pay that new ask so it probably will go lower

Beautiful house, incredible neighborhood, killer proximity to the lagoon, but obviously something is wrong with it if it's still not selling at this price. Here's a hint: 310 days on market and zero photos of the interior. I'm not saying it's gutted or anything, but we must be missing something.

OK, I drove by there and peaked in a few windows. It definitely needs a coat of paint and it sure is built to the property lines on the sides but other than that I didn't see much wrong with it. I still think someone is living in there so I didn't want to get accused of being some perv but all in all that place is probably a bargain at that ask.

Whoa, here is another big hit property IN the Shore. Yikes, a half mil loss and a drop of 39% in three years. Is this the beginning of the end?

I think we must be in freefall now. Look at this Bay Harbor homes 44% drop for a $524,000.00 loss on its 2005 price at $1,199,000.00 sale. These drops are breathtaking. Not even I thought the end would be so violent and painfull.

Did you check out the spellings in that description?

GRUARD GATED

HAEDWOOD FLORRING

W/GREEBELT

UPPER LAVEL MASTER SIUTE W/ FIRE PLACE

EXELLENT FAMILY

and I can not even start on the comma placement.

If you were the seller, do you just fire the listing agent? How can you point out the agent's lack of basic education and carelessness without totally embarassing yourself? At the very least there is spell check or a dictionary. Why doesn't the NAR do something about the lack of professionalism in their industry?

The NAR should be an embarassment to the very few professional realtors.

Maybe his spell check is not set for capital letters...what a dope. Total coincidence that a good friend of mine is the one who sold this home in 2005.
