Yeah, must be white flight! This home is PENDING for more than a month already. Looks like closing of escrow is a problem due to buyer's inability to come up with the cash and/or appraisal came in lower than expected.

Well, according to jamboree dude, its white flight. 

I'm not sure if they are FCB buyers, but some don't make sense - like the person who bought a Plan 1 for $1.2M and rented it out.  They are getting the same rent as if they would have bought it new for $900K.

As far as I can tell, seriously, all of Modena and one in Tesoro for Cortona resales, the sellers are Caucasians. The one that is currently pending at 38 Triana is most likely a Chinese mainland flipper because the agent is Chinese. Now on to San Remo, the one that sold recently was also a Caucasian seller, and judging by the pictures on the wall of 100 Lupari, which is currently listed for sale, the seller is no doubt a Caucasian too.
