There's one on the MLS. Price is ridiculous for the "upgrades" it has.

Hmm this la vita plan 4 did not take my breathe away!

Hi Goriot, Did you check out your neighbors house during Open House this weekend?  Does the house looks as bad it shows on the photos?

Hi. No I have not checked out the house.  I think they are having another open house on Thursday at 4:00 p.m.?  Odd.  Looks like they updated the photos twice.  Went from being extremely bad to kinda bad, to now ok.  lol.

Must be the updated patch of astroturf in the courtyard.  Still doesn't take my breath away, however.

The stacked cinderblock patio furniture is the most amazing thing I have ever seen in a RE listing.  EVER.

Lol....never seen something so ghetto and to have it in a $2m+ home is hilarious!

This one might be a comp killer.

The seller is clearly not a FCB.  No way FCB has the imagination to create that masterpiece.  It's not just cinderblocks and planks, look at the awesome ill fitting seat cushions and decorative plants on the cinderblocks, not to mention the plastic grass carpet.  I'm going over there this weekend to get a selfie of myself sitting on that thing so I can post it on facebook.

Someone should just buy this house and end this poor listing's misery. This is simply too much.

If anyone happens to stop by the open house can you please educate the realtors on this property how to market and sell a >$2.5mil home.
What ever happened to staging? And if you aren't planning to pay for that then don't try to create outdoor furniture - my preschooler could do better.
Oh and do us a favor. Post the names of the realtors on this listing so we would know who to avoid in future. Unreal.

It doesn't say anywhere in the listing if you can negotiate the fake grass rug in with the sale of the house.  I've checked it 3 times already.

The pillows don't fit and the green grass carpet is stupid looking as well.

To improve that house for not that much money the sitting/plantar walls in the backyard could be stuccoed and painted and the cinderblock thing in the courtyard could be replaced with a decent bench. Add a coffee table or end table and then line the walls with pots full of bedding plants in bloom. (Either large pots or smaller pots on a bench so they are raised higher). Someone would have to water them but come on............ for this price and that profit spend a couple thousand and voila it looks so much better.

No kidding. I mean the effort put in just for the cinder blocks must've sucked.  Easier to just go to Costco and buy outdoor furniture and looks way better.

Resin bench from Home Depot under $60 would have been better (with free delivery).

Actually having nothing would have been better than that bench.

They could have easily made the pillows fit by moving the cinderblock ends closer together.

But then they'd have to cut the 2 x 4's. Probably don't own a saw and don't want to pay a handyman to cut them.

They could probably buy another cushion and adjust the bench a bit and make it fit.
