Lol....never seen something so ghetto and to have it in a $2m+ home is hilarious!
This one might be a comp killer.
The seller is clearly not a FCB. No way FCB has the imagination to create that masterpiece. It's not just cinderblocks and planks, look at the awesome ill fitting seat cushions and decorative plants on the cinderblocks, not to mention the plastic grass carpet. I'm going over there this weekend to get a selfie of myself sitting on that thing so I can post it on facebook.

The pillows don't fit and the green grass carpet is stupid looking as well.
To improve that house for not that much money the sitting/plantar walls in the backyard could be stuccoed and painted and the cinderblock thing in the courtyard could be replaced with a decent bench. Add a coffee table or end table and then line the walls with pots full of bedding plants in bloom. (Either large pots or smaller pots on a bench so they are raised higher). Someone would have to water them but come on............ for this price and that profit spend a couple thousand and voila it looks so much better.
But then they'd have to cut the 2 x 4's. Probably don't own a saw and don't want to pay a handyman to cut them.
They could probably buy another cushion and adjust the bench a bit and make it fit.

If anyone happens to stop by the open house can you please educate the realtors on this property how to market and sell a >$2.5mil home.
What ever happened to staging? And if you aren't planning to pay for that then don't try to create outdoor furniture - my preschooler could do better.

Resin bench from Home Depot under $60 would have been better (with free delivery).
