That's an illusion. When I visited I looked for that and they appeared to be free-standing.

Here are the pics I took of the garage:

Didn't have enough light, but that's the hookah bar. LOL

The listing agent said they never park the cars in their garage. This house has an extra long driveway so they permanently camp out the cars there.

All this place needs is a sign outside that says "Embassy Suites"

^ Yikes! What is with all the brick flooring?

You can definitely see how it still shows its roots of being originally built as an apartment complex. Seems like they just enclosed some areas and said "ok, cool, more sqft!". It looks awkward to me.

The place is just plain ugly!

* * JUST REDUCED!! You win-don't miss your opportunity to own a Contemporary estate on Victoria Golf Course. Iron gates lead into this massive and beautiful home. Beamed ceilings with walls of glass offering a commanding view of the trees and golf course. Beautiful tile and carpeting welcome you into the massive living room. There is a library on the main floor for your book collection. There are also 3 bedrooms and a master bedroom on the main floor. The kitchen is very roomy and has an abundance of cupboards and a wet bar. The master bedroom upstairs is quite large and has a balcony overlooking the golf course. The great room has a huge wet bar for entertaining. There is an additional room with mirrored walls that can be an exercise room. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and a hot tub. This is very impressive. Behind the home is a stream that offers tranquility. Located at the end of a private road and very secluded. Make your offer today! Check out the massive SQ. FT WOW!

That's the only photo from the listing, so who knows how nice it really looks, although that's not exactly a winning start. Still, 6,224 sq ft with a golf course view for less than half a million. It's also on the correct side of that particular golf course-Eastside (the hood) is on the north side of that golf course and this on the south side in a very good area.

In fact, while looking at the neighborhood for that one, I found these two on west side of that same course. This has to be the record for change in price for such a small difference in location. Note the addresses.

Is that insane, or what?

Ok, how about a nine bedroom house for a hundred grand? Of course, it "neds work".

Yes, but can your house double as a dog and cat kennel....I think not!

My husband works in a business complex behind these houses. He can't believe what they are asking for these houses in "Santa Ana Heights". Why so many dog kennels...for almost two million.....what if you moved into the neighborhood not knowing you had three kennels near you.....well, at least it's not a meth lab..just a "lab" bad pun, I couldn't resist!

Looks like that particular street has special zoning that allows/encourages kennels.

Personally, I wonder how many dogs you have to board while their wealthy owners fly to Cabo for the weekend, to make the payments on a $1.8M shit box?

For any of you that may have been curious about the home on Fairhaven (Extension) that just came up for a ridiculously low listing amount:

The home has extensive foundation issues and is sliding into the lot just below it.

Step 1. Extend your index finger and thumb to cover the tiles that have been popped on the pictured flooring.

Step 2. If you are still considering purchasing this home, raise your hand towards your forehead and proceed.

Good luck,

IR2

I really like the first house and usually i don't like "beautiful Tuscany Estates", but I think I would need a latter to reach the top of the kitchen cabinets. Having 5 acres would also be nice. Too bad it's so close to that other subdivision.
