This appears to be an unapproved short. NOT filed on 10/21/08, trustee's sale was to occur on 11/13/08, total amount due lender was $1,119,129.09.
 
Regarding Endless Vista. I vote we all call the realtor's office and ask for her, or her voicemail.....then just simply say, "Yard, yard, yard, yard....." over and over again until she hangs up.



Bet she won't do that again.
