reminds me of something i caught in hoa mtg notes few months ago. some guy built a patio covering that turned out to be a few inches too high. hoa rejected his appeal to keep it up. the notes mentioned he begged for an exception because his wife just lost her job and the cost of tearing the thing down and rebuilding would ruin them. sad...

Look at all that mishandled wine. What a waste. Assuming it's any good to start with, all of it will be ruined by the time any sane person could consume it.

I have fourty bottles of storage and it's enough. Any more than that, you're not a drinker, your a collector. Collectable wines aren't to be seen or consumed, they are investments. That means climate control and no light.

</em>Well... I must be insane, because for some reason, I think I would be able to figure out a way to consume all that wine. I mean, I am friends with Eff, and I am sure he wouldn't mind helping in the consumption department. There are also quite of few other IHB lushes here, that would be banging on my door to help too.

</em>This is a custom made temp controlled room. The lights are all low light/low heat, and probably are on, at most, an hour a week. At least I hope so, otherwise the owner should be shot, well... he should anyway with that WTF price.

We'd single handedly keep the cab industry in business 'till it was gone, I'm sure.

I thought it was the kitchen by the picture until you wrote something!

I propose to add rose pink vertical stripes and a mustard yellow horizontal stripe through the middle of the house. And some purple polka dots. Couldn't be worse.

One advantage of the turquoise color is that the realtor could put "You can't miss this!" and be entirely honest. The listing agent missed the opportunity, though.
