all powerful men either cheat or get escorts , it comes with the territory. Money and power make it very easy to cheat or get escorts. Ive been out with various C suite executives during my years earlier years as a client server and these guys get down and dirty. To think this behavior is not common i think would be a bit naive.

<p> Obviously you are not married, you pay for it one way or the other. Realistically a pro is MUCH cheaper than any marriage. Again you pay for ANY relationship one way or the other, some are just more expensive across the board than others.</p>

<p>Lastly, paying for sex does present some form of shelter.... You are paying a bonafided "expert" for their time, with a regular person, you take your chances that the cost might be somewhere else down the line.</p>

<p>Why is prostitution involving private consensual sex acts deemed illegal, while the filming and showing of consensual sex acts is legal and protected by the FBI? Every adult video has the FBI seal of approval. Adult videomakers routinely transport "talent" across state lines for sex but because they show the sex they are protected by law and pay taxes. Why the difference in two businesses that do the same thing, except one is illegal and evades taxes, while one is legal and reduces budget deficits?</p>
 
Of course, Eliot's problem is he prosecuted prostitution rings (which to me are no different from adult filmmakers) so he's a hypocrite, but aside from that, the idea of prosecuting prostitution rings and protecting filmed prostitution rings is just ridiculous.
 
I agree with Rocker - its only a matter of time before she is in playboy. She looks good, not 4K/hour good. Maybe $500.

What a cynical view of marriage. My wife works and contributes...so how would I be 'paying' for it? ;)
