Eliot Spitzer

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program

That would entail taking away the voting rights of a vast majority of unmarried females under the age of 30. Just listen to an episode of Chicks on Politics...

lawyerliz went overboard describing Hillary as attractive.

>That being said, voting for someone because of their looks is quite possibly the stupidest thing I can imagine. People who do it should be stripped of their voting rights FOREVER!

If you did that, Obambi wouldn't stand a chance. Your ideas are intriguing to me and I wish to subscribe to your newsletter.

I often wondered if Hillary even cared about Bill's indiscretions, or if that relationship is more of a business arrangement to further the aspirations of power they both had. Who know's, it may be that way in the Spitzer household as well. It seems every time the layers of the private lives of the very weathy and very powerful get peeled back a little bit, they are more often than not exposed as having an ugly, sorted personal life that most of us "folks" could never relate to. You often hear the same things about professional athlete marriages --- the spouse puts up with the running around for access to the wealth.

Money and power corrupt. Every day, my disgust with the political figures of ALL parties grows. They truly are all the same, and there seems to be very little we can do about it. I used to be very politically motivated and involved, and hold contempt for those who who didn't care or vote. Now I am becoming one of them. Lately I hardly even pay attention beyond what the Irvine City Council is doing. I'm very happy to be one of the little simple people, and as long as these politicians leave me and my money alone, I'm happy.

Hey, Nude, Winex et al., if somebody followed YOU around taking pictures all day, there would be a fair number of ugly ones, even if Nude actually looked like his icon.

And Obama has funny ears, tho I think he is quite attractive too.

ll,

That is true, but even looking at her 'flattering' pictures, I still don't think she is attractive. It's entirely subjective, I admit, but I am confident I am in the majority on this.

I will admit that she looks better in pastels than she does in black or red. If I was part of her PR team, I would be revamping her wardrobe to reflect that. the gumball necklaces need to go, too.

Hillary could probably compromise my principals if the price was high enough (proof of ISM's original statement in this thread), but no guy could.

And now for the answer to your next question, Hillary would need a lot more than 4k.

He will have gained a lot of credibility back by resigning...but geezz....multi-thousand $$$ escorts...that's just poopin' sad.

Bill Clinton looked like a pimp in that photo with Hillary. Thanks for posting the pictures.

Winex,

I don't think money would be enough. I think it would take some major piece of legislation, like repealing the 17th Amendment or returning us to the Gold Standard, before I could excited enough to do the deed with Hillary.

Yeah, but what about the more interesting question: if you were Winex the supreme poo-bah, and a respected public figure, apparently fighting hard for truth, justice and the american way, wouldn't you keep zipped Up?

LawerLiz, given the topic of this thread ( a high-profile Democrat getting caught with his pants down ) and the lead-in about all men being pigs, it would be out of character for me not to have a little fun here.

But all kidding aside, I have a conscience, and I do have morals. And as such, fear of public exposure isn't necessary for me to treat people the right way. Spitzer was a hypocrite who ignored the rules that goes with his job and showed his wife a total lack of respect. It doesn't matter who he is, what he did was wrong.

Now after that brief moment of sensitivity, I'll go back to earning my reputation as a male pig.

Yeah, well, all too few have any notion of morality at all, so I no longer even bother to argue it, and just use practical arguments.

That said, sex offenses are normally for me, the least of offenses. Violence, theft, murder, criminal or just plain carelessness are way higher on my list of badness, EXCEPT if you add hypocracy to the mix, prosecuting call girl rings for heaven's sakes, then the sex offense rises to the top again.

ism- Yes, you're right! We're all pigs. men, women there is no difference.

We can't help who we love. Doesn't make it right nor moral, makes us human. I would rather be alive in love, then dead in a marriage. I've lived both.

All we need is love.

I am with lawyer liz......I really don't care if consenting adults want have an affair or pay for sex.....what really pisses me off is when the adults that do participate in such activities openly condemn( and prosecute) those that do....hypocracy is difficult for me to accept.

It is sort of Ironic that Spitzer figured he would probably be safe by spending a lot of money, and it was the transfer of the money that got him in trouble.
