"Orange $740,000 for a MILLION DOLLAR VIEW". Big selling point for me...."fish pond which can be converted to a jacuzzi". LOL

Trooper - That home in Orange is the ugliest tract ever built. I remember when they were selling them in the 90s and they couldn't give them away. Still to this day it is strange neighborhood. Every third home is the same and on top of each other. The joke has been good luck in finding your home after a night of too many drinks. Ironically I know someone who did and he couldn't figure out why his key wouldn't work so he just slept on the porch. The homeowners had a nice surprise when they went to get the paper. I doubt the backyard is large enough for a jacuzzi but maybe a foot spa.

Sorry for the diatribe. It's just that tract is an embarrassment compared to most of the tracts in Orange especially the surrounding tracts in that neighborhood.

Here's one someone might want to rent ! "Buyer lost his job"....yeah, RIGHT. More like, buyer read IHB.

This one is great. On top of the open house signs, was a white sign with red letters that "BANK REPO!" Some would argue that the additional sign was a bad idea, as all the rich Chinese who could buy with cash and hold tightly to feng shui would avoid the home because of the bad vibe.

I'd be really pissed if I was paying a Realtor and he put my (imaginary) House on Craigslist!!

I could easily have done that myself!!
