Just saying. Also, I am not the victim like you said. I am just pointing inaccuracies. gg

So, if I tell you I?m 6?4?, black, live in Greenland and am Jewish what might you charge me with if it turns out I?m actually he him, they and it??

1. I thought he was from Long Beach, California. Now that is in question.
2. Unfortunately, you picked a profession that is highly regulated in the US to make up your profession.

The troll is a troll. (you cant make this up)

Exactly, why anything anyone says here is questionable and up to you whether you want to believe it or not.  Why I always add links to source material and rarely just headlines and report quotes.  Allows the reader to see it and decide for themselves.  This is a discussion board not a professional setting so those rules don't apply.  You or I can say anything we want...protected by our limited anonymity to freelee exchange ideas and points of view.  As you can tell I enjoy the banter,  it challenges you to support your views.

So you admit that you lied more than Ted. Lol Confirmed

Tbh. I think we welcome people all over. But when you have to lie to kick it. idk
Sorry in the US. Rules do apply on forums.
You cant have people pretending they are real estate agents on here. Maybe they can, but when they do a transaction with a person that might be a problem. There are real life examples of people posing to be agents or owners of a properties when they are not and scamming people of rent deposits. Guess what! They get caught and its gg for their career. (Public info on the web)

You see, I am not anti vaccine. If you are infected, the death rate is higher than the vaccine death rate. So vaccine can help but it comes with it's own risk.
But not every one is or will be infected. Not every age group is impacted the same. If you are young, healthy, don't interact with people a lot, maintain good hygiene, there might be more risk of vaccine injury than getting impacted by Covid. So mandate does not make a lot of sense but the government is pushing for blanket mandate for everyone. Do you really believe the politicians are in this for the public health?

Biden got caught not wearing mask indoors while he wants people to wear it. Newsom wants lockdown but he got caught in that french restaurant.  Pelosi bought a beach mansion despite 'climate change and rising sea levels'.
Gore flies around in private jets and has huge utility bills in his compound. They tell you one thing but they do another.
Do you really believe they care about you?

These are not misinformation just facts that the mainstream media is ignoring.

Great...then there was a specific client relationship, losses and real damages.  I have no clients here and my fiduciary responsibility does not extend to the whole world...in other words...no liability. I am not acting in any professional capacity nor for that matter giving anyone specific advice... Anyone can say or claim anything they want, true or lie...

Maybe in other countries you dont have to be registered to be a financial advisor. Such as some countries you dont have to register and past am exam to sell real estate.

Maybe this is why you dont get it. You think it is okay to lie and give a fake financial license number on a public forum.

You do have to be registered in order to act as a financial advisor and in that capacity.. No one here has contracted with me in that capacity. I have been registered here and in 49 other states and abroad in good order for over 34 years..  But in this setting I am not giving any advice nor am I dealing with clients so those rules do not apply.  If I were to lie to an existing client which leads to damages then in that specific situation there would be liability but in an anonymous discussion group those fiduciary responsibilities do not exist.  Buyer beware.

Like you said. Anybody can say anything on the web and you admitting lied. So whatevers?.

As usual...you miss the point.  No one here has any duty to tell the truth...licensed or not.  There are no ramifications or legal duty on an anonymous discussion group.  This is why it is important to always post backup information to prop up whatever argument you are making. Make an argument, then support it.  Fraud or lying only matters if there is a fiduciary and financial responsibility in an advisor/client relationship which incurs a loss or criminal act.  If someone here says they like a stock and you buy it, on your own and lose money, than thats on you, not the anonymous, faceless typer on the internet.

Again your wrong. You can impersonate law enforcement. Also, you can not impersonate a licensed professional. Do not get mad when someone calls you out.
You should already know this. Did you go to school on the states?

I think where you went wrong is giving someone else's registration financial advisor number that is not yours. Now you are going in circles justifying it. Sheeesh

OK, then call the authorities and report me...lets see how far that goes.  Here is the reporting site...I will await the call....(hint...I will never get a call) ;D ;D >:D

Just calling you out on everything you don't know.  Filling out that complaint should be fun without a name, address, phone number, firm or charge...enjoy...I know I am. ;D ;D >:D

Antonio Brown among three NFL players suspended for misrepresenting COVID-19 vaccination status

Antonio Brown accused of purchasing counterfeit COVID-19 vaccine cards

Brown's vaccination status came under fire in November, when a report from the Tampa Bay Times alleged Brown paid for counterfeit COVID-19 vaccine cards before training camp. Brown?s former live-in chef Steven Ruiz provided text messages in which Brown's girlfriend allegedly offered to pay Ruiz $500 for a counterfeit vaccine card for Brown. Ruiz said he was not able to provide a fake card to Brown, but that Brown claimed he purchased one a few weeks after the initial text.

The NFL did not confirm that story or provide specifics on its investigation. The league said it heard allegations those players misrepresented their vaccination statuses and that a "review supported those allegations and found that the three players violated the protocols."

Brown's lawyer released a statement Thursday claiming Brown is vaccinated and "continues to support the vaccine for any person for whom it is appropriate."

I guess it matters to the NFL if you are vaccinated or not. But if you are a superstar like Rodgers no suspension.  :)

Aaron Rodgers only fined $14k

Yup big double standard. lol omg

You can make a case that Aaron Rodgers got preferential treatment, but there's no double standard really.

Aaron Rodgers was fined for violation of COVID protocols, but Brown got suspended for misrepresenting COVID vaccination status.

There is no doubt that Rodgers mislead the media by saying that he was "immunized", but the NFL knew exactly what his status was. The NFL knew he wasn't vaccinated. He made the argument to the NFL that he was "immunized" by his doctor, but the NFL wasn't buying it. So, basically, he was upfront with the NFL about his status. The Packers knew about his status, but didn't do anything about him violating protocols, so the Packers should have been punished for allowing Rodgers to violate protocols.
