Last time I checked there is no law regarding describing a person.
But there are rules and regulations by the SEC act of 1934. Rules relating to over the counter markets, Section 240.15c1-3 Fraud and misrepresentation
Note: I am not accusing nobody, but I am just pointing out the law. This may apply or not.
This what section (A) states: any act, practice, or course business which operates or would operate fraud or deceit upon any person.
