California?s per capita infection rate is higher.
Our current per capita 7 day average deaths is also higher.
Texas has more overall deaths per capita, largely due to the July spike in Houston.
That sorta tell me that these strict CA lockdowns probably don't really work in curbs covid cases as my guess is that people then just get together more together at their homes or other places. These strict lockdowns just increase the covid fatigue for people in general. It's up to people in being smart to keep case counts down.
Exactly what Florida and many other states have done...Open/closed, the outcome is similar. The open states are thriving, the closed states are imploding. This was an exercise in power for the Boy King...now he has no choice but to open even with rising infections here.
