Columbus Grove - Buyer Beware

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program

With the digital age now, LOTS of information is at your finger tips. Its going to be difficult to stay out of the public eye. Plus I guess this also somewhat confirms that Irvine Renter IS being watched.... Definitely by BIG BROTHER in Irvine....

lol not too much namedropping folks. We seemed to drop on the Brightwater at Huntington Beach by having too much.

There's always starting up a complaint site. Try to get interest from other Lennar developments.

Doggone, FairEconomist beat me to it. I was going to say I was just catching on to the Brightwater in Huntington beach thang.

It is unfortunate that Lennar is reading this thread for all the wrong reasons. If they were a well run company they would be reading this site and trying to implement solutions that benefited the new homeowners. I bet NewVOC can't wait until those Lennar assclowns are off the HOA board.

I am completely shocked that a company run in such a manner would default on their Great Park contracts and lose millions of dollars on the CPW project... NOT!

Wow,

I guess I would have to think twice before buying any home built by Lennar. Not only do they seem overbearing in their treatment of their customers, but they are downright Orwellian in their governance. Who would want to buy a Lennar home knowing that this is going to be the kind of customer service they can expect?

I am new to this blog, and am looking to maybe rent one fo the homes in Columbus Grove. There are homes for lease, for example, on 22 and 42 Desert Willow. I am worried that these owners have their properties under water and may take the rent money and let the properties go into foreclosure. Any comments on what has been happening in this area? Any suggestions? Would love to hear from people "in the know" in that area!

I think NewVOC may be running for a vacant seat on the Master HOA or Community HOA, people in his community do know the real name of New VOC, Lennar certainly does. If he removes all comments from this site and his blog, he probably stands a better chance of getting on the Board, given that it's Lennar controlled. This is pure speculation, i don't even know if there's an open seat.

My apologies. I didn't realize how the blogging was working on these. Thought they were different people on each of the blogs, so I was posing the same question on various threads. Again, my apologies (and I will put this only on this blog so it applies to the other ones I posed the same question too). I do appreciate any info on the Alexandria development, and have gotten that from a few so thank you (and my apologies again to any offended).
