I had a terrible, terrible weekend. I am so upset. It should help me stay on the straight and narrow when it comes to eating. Some people turn to food and pig out when they are sad. I can not eat a bite when I am. (Obviously, I am happy far too often since I have some pounds to lose!) At least something positive may come of it, if only a pound or two.

Sorry to hear about your weekend  :(  Hope everything turns out wonderful for you in the end :)

Weekend went pretty well with my only cheat meal being a wagyu steak at Cut with some sides.

Back to business.

Breakfast: 6 egg whites, half an avocado, and orange juice.

Snack: Protein Bar (Peanut Butter)

Lunch: Whole wheat bread crusted Tilapia and a side of brown rice and steam broccoli/carrots.

Snack: 17 pieces of Almonds

Dinner: 8oz Chicken Breast and a 9 brussel sprouts

Post Workout: Protein Shake with berries.

Love your meal plan for the day. Identical, reduce eggs, add some carb, that's all for me today. Binged all weekend, gained a little less than a pound. That's all!

SoCal..leave Sunday behind and move on.. hope happiness helps you eat today!

I would like to insulate myself from further harm. I give up putting effort into people. I can become a recluse, locking myself in the house with brownie squares and movies, forsaking sunlight until my skin is translucent enough to trace the road map of blue veins. Nightgowns will be my daily uniform. My only contact with the outside world will be T.I. It is the only plan that seems logical. If only I didn't have responsibilities that force me out of my safe walls and into the path of this person at least once a week.

I caved and bought shrimp chips. It's just a generic store. They didn't have the wasabi kind. This'll do. Shrimp chips and movies are good for today.

I can leave some wasabi shrimp chips at a private location and you can go pick them up Socal!! 8)

The location could be booby-trapped. Put them behind your computer monitor in the teletransporter and I'll grab them behind my monitor right now.

Roger that!

Yoo-hoo. Iho. How is your diet going? I hope you survived the weekend. Have you found any new favorites at the grocery store lately that you want to share with us?

When I'm mad, I clean like a maniac.

When I'm sad, I cook but don't eat.

So far today, I've made teriyaki chicken drumsticks, macaroni and cheese, a double-layer chocolate cream pie, and some peas to justify the aforementioned, plus cinnamon muffins for breakfast tomorrow. I better snap out of it before my husband can't waddle himself around. I'm thankful I'm not an emotional eater. I can only imagine the damage that could be done.

Checking in:

Breakfast: Ate at Denny's this morning.  4 Scrambled Egg whites, Oatmeal with milk, 2 Turkey bacon.

Snack: Protein Bar Changed my mind, had a nature valley bar instead.

Lunch: 2 Bison Patties with a side salad.

Snack: 20 Wasabi Almonds

Dinner: Grilled Mahi Mahi (6oz) and 1/4 cup of brown rice and steamed veggies.

Post workout meal: 4oz Grilled chicken breast and 1/2 of an avocado.

Homer, your willpower is astounding. My hat is off to you. Are you having any naughty cravings or trying to tame the hungry beast in your stomach?

No dressing on the salad or brown sugar in the oatmeal?

I forgot to write down that I put half of a splenda packet in my oatmeal.  No dressing on the salad.

Thanks Socal, no naughty cravings whatsoever.  I think I'm just focused on my goal and it takes a lot to throw me off besides little cheat meals here and there.

How's your day looking?? CZ?? IHO??

I wish I had time to post a daily log like you. It's a great idea. I do keep a log on my own, though. Keeping a record of everything I eat helps SO MUCH. It prevents mindless eating. It's a good reminder that every bite adds up and little changes do amount to big differences!!!

I've been staying on track. It seems like my weight has stalled which is tough mentally, but I'm just going to keep plowing away. Yeah, yeah. I know I said I'm only going to step on the scale once a month, but I can't keep that promise to myself. I prefer to step on it, be disappointed, and scoot it around the bathroom floor until it says what I want it to.  :D

I use the MyFitnessPayl App for the iPhone.  It's free and I just log all my food intake there.  You can look up food by the bar code or by browsing in their inventory of food list.

Takes a few seconds!

Same here. I love the bar code feature! I use the Fat Secret app on my android.

I use MFP too. Easy to log in on the go. Best part is I know how many carbs I am eating at restaurants.
Whole wheat toast, almond milk coffee and eggs for breakfast, quinoa and veggies for lunch, chocolate deluxe mid morning. Kashi go lean crunch with Fage now.

Cleared up the body from weekend binge :) body fat at 18.5.
Swamped with work.. Either I forget to eat, or I munch nonstop! Got to get that wasabi stuff..

Six pack progress?
I can see only top two. Haven't hit the gym all September..only walking 2/3 days a week in the neighborhood..kind of know who eats dinner at what time and who does dishes at night ;)
