Which homesite #s at Deco have a 3rd parking? I don't see it on your site plan. I don't think any have 3 spots. The Waverly model is "sideways" so maybe it looks like a 3rd space but it's not in my opinion.

I believe only the Pontiac, Metropolis and Bellerose have the extra private parking space for a third car (see attached photos from Deco). The Pontiac model had no third space and I wondered if it will be added later because the sales center bathroom is next to it.

Waverly, Bambino and Baron do not include the extra private parking space.

Sales rep told me told that only certain Deco sites have the private parking space.

I believe the extra private space is a nice part of the lot! At Celeste in Portola Springs, the third parking spot is not part of home lot and is open to the public.

In Tri Pointe?s Carlisle at Parasol Park, only the Residence 2 (like Metropolis at Deco) and Residence 3 (like Pontiac at Deco) sites included the private parking space for a third car (see last photo).

Thanks for the info. The 3rd parking spot seems like a great addition with the limited parking around or for larger families that have more than 2 cars. I wonder if there's a huge premium.

Does that home owner gets the parking spot or it's just anyone who comes first to use in the village?

Sales guy told me it's a dedicated 3rd parking for each specific home site. Not public parking.

Well, that was quick...It appears Lennar changed the Evoke development to a new name. The new name is Chorus.

I wonder if there was a chorus of complaints from their marketing depart that the name sucked and evoked them to change it.

Or they could have changed it to 'Evora' like the Lotus car. Sounds more prestigious.

I want to live in Rolls Royce development.  Then you can add Rolls Royce = Rolls Royce to your signature.

Deco updated their prices and availability.

Pontiac and Bellerose are about 20K higher than two weeks ago!

Bambino, Baron and Metropolis are temporarily unavailable. I am not surprised those initial phase homes of this development are gone.

Waverly?s price is the same.

Here is the Deco?s opening day price sheet again for reference:

Deco opening had a great turnout today. The models looked nice especially the abstract elevation with the big window. Some lots or sites have a third private parking space like the Carlisle (Attached Photograph). The decks were nice. The Waverly model had a nice enclosed front yard.

The prices were crazy! The HOA and taxes/ Mello Roos were not on the price sheet. Apparently, they want to tell you the bad news in person.

Price sheet is attached which includes lot numbers that are for sale.

Lennar updated their website and their models for Adagio, Encore and Cantata are scheduled to open on May 26, 2018!

Price list attached for Lennar?s detached condos:

1. ADAGIO By Lennar (2,080 to 2,393 sq. ft) - Mid $900,000s

2. ENCORE By Lennar (2,826 to 3,116 sq. ft) - Upper $1.1 Millions

3. CANTATA By Lennar (3,026 to 3,507 sq. ft) - Upper $1.3 Millions

Chorus (was Evoke) still has no date scheduled for the opening of models. Lennar also hiked pricing for Chorus to starting at the low $700,000s.

It appears that the lowest Cadence Park home will begin at the $700,000s! Ouch! Might as well wait for Great Park District 1 - West!

Adagio is priced around $1.1M now. My priority came up from being "250+" (at least that's what the rep told me) to buy a home. Either I was lied to or everyone scoffed at the price and dropped it.

Yay.  YF is buying in Cadence Park.

(Pointing to the the silly hillbillies with their past preposterous accusations)

Then stop changing screen names or making new accounts.
