Same here, tweaked my left knee recently, and I wasn't even doing strenuous activity.  Now I can't even bend my knee 90 degrees, getting old sucks. 
 
My wife likes the Palisades plan a lot... Pretty functional for entertaining... I could totally see myself leaving TR/QH for this place  ::)

Just wanted to mention for anyone considering Bake Ranch that more & more new homes will be coming to Lake Forest.

Most notably, imo, is that they are adding on 930 new homes and a retail center to the south end of Portola Hills in what will be called "Portola Center".

Phase 4 Knolls price list.
Still lot of demand for Knolls phase. Few people differed and price increase 5K from phase 3.
All homes sold and most of the buyers are Asians.

Good question. It sure looks that way, huh? The part that boggles my mind is how they are able to develop the area that looks to be in Whiting Ranch which is a protected environment. If it's not in it, it is certainly touching it. This is really close to the hiking trail. Hopefully more info will become available.

Every time I will be there for each phase release.
I am noting the names of buyers...

The price is right, but is the location right?

Knolls Phase 5 release on April 26th.
