Awful Experience at Colibri, Portola Springs

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
All this chat about Test...  curiosity has got the best of me over the years. I've been thinking (and you know how dangerous that is.)

An open invitation to Test:

I want to meet you. Face-to-face. I would suggest a Sunday afternoon. But if you would prefer your sales office on a weekday, maybe we could work something out. Don't worry, it's not an ambush. I will not be with another member of TI. Just a friendly hello. Let me know what you think.

Test is transformed since her new job.

Is her new job as sales rep for an Irvine community instead of Tustin? That may explain the spam / full-sized glossy ads posted repetitiously. Also the treatment of quattroporte.

She is the sales girl at Colibri, Portola Springs and still angry about aquabliss' kid vomiting incident.

:P

Don't do it Test!! She's probably gonna bring Quatropporte and ambush you!!!

Can't trust those uncultured Foothill Ranch folk.  :P

I am thinking about the area around Limonite in Eastvale. You FCBs are forcing me out to the boonies. The positive thing that is going for me there is wetbacks have more class and manner than FCBs as neighbors.

You should reclaim the territories of Santa Ana and Anaheim.

Have you seen the prices lately? The Irvine fringes are high too thanks to FCBs!

Yeah, I agree he/she has been a bit extreme towards you (sorry, Test.) It's just not really like him or her. Very odd. I've even wondered if somebody has hacked Test's account - The California Court Company, for example. Now, that would make sense.
Are you sure someone hasn't hacked your account? Test has always been "testy"... from the Woodbriddge plume, to how Tustin is better than Irvine, to commenting on low income housing.

I should know, I'm married to her.

Yep, I'm sure.

It's not hate. It's the truth. Some people just hate to hear the truth.

So Test went from a he to a she. Are you 100% sure?

Didn't you list it as one of the "methods of how Chinese obtain a green card"? Unfortunately "very few" is still not the right answer.http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/types/types_5715.html

Very few because INS does not accept bribery. I listed lottery because it is a legal method but I did not say anything because there is no shady scheme Chinese could pull.

"Many Chinese buy homes through the U.S. government's EB-5 Immigrant Investor program, which is considered a fast-track to getting a green card."

I went a little later in the afternoon, but the same experience - deserted.

There were more people at Rancho Mission Viejo, for the similarly priced but definitively better product also being sold by Ryland. Perhaps it's because there are more models to look at down there, but both properties opened the same weekend. It was a long holiday weekend, so maybe that had something to do with it. It was a different demographic, and maybe the demographic interested in Irvine had short duration vacation plans in a certain city in an adjacent state. :D

China doesn't recognize dual nationalities.  They actually have a law forbidding it.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nationality_Law_of_the_People's_Republic_of_China

I think the lawmakers in China don't close the loopholes because it's their relatives who are benefiting.
If a Chinese citizen obtains a new Nationality, they are suppose to give up their Chinese Nationality.

Currently the Chinese who have dual nationalities US/CHINA have to bribe the passport office...easily done for $500 to $1,000.  Perhaps there will be crackdowns in the future, as this is one of the corruptions the new pres is suppose to address.

FCBs don't want dual citizenship...they just want to have a green card for 1) their kids to come here and 2) to legally come to the US if things go south in China.

Some need the green card to buy luxury items at South Coast so they can take it back to China to replicate.  I saw waves of Chinese with suitcases at all the luxury stores loading up with gear.

Since when does one need a green card to buy luxury items? China suffers serious inflation in recent years. To residents of Beijing or Shanghai, everything here is cheap (including houses).
