Watch out for scammers in Irvine

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
It should be "Watch Out For Scammers in Irvine (they will most likely be pushing little signs reading 'Open 1 -5' into the grass on Saturday and Sunday morning)"

Anybody wearing anything who says to trust them. Anybody who says they are a good Christian. Or a good anything else, but especially Christian.

mino,

OMG! How could I forget about food? That is messed up. I will edit my comment. That is blasphemy to exclude restaurants.

liz, you're confusing me... so if one day confronted with a choice of two doors with priests standing in front of each. one is fully clothed and says, "this way to safety. trust me, my son." the other is for some reason completely nude and says, "no, come this way to my chambers. i've been a baad, bad priest. <wink wink>"

i should go with the latter?

What the hell? What was all the fuss about? Things changed so fast I didn't know what happen? What the hell happen again? What's at issue?

You also forgot about the wildlife in Irvine.

This blog is so refreshing. We avoid the 2 Big Bad Blog uglies. Race & Politics.

Actually, a better conclusion would be those that don't like Bush are the most vocal. If you compare the number of posters stating they don't like him to the total number of posters - there's no significant result, not enough people to draw any conclusion.

I don't recall anyone saying they liked him. Some have indicated they liked his policies in one way or the other.

Everybody I know here including rabid Republicans, dislikes him as a person/leader. And before anybody says anything I met the hub at a Barry Goldwater meeting, and am still sorry he didn't win.

Anyway, politics doesn't interest me anymore, because I don't like to listen to people lying.

I like President Bush, and while I recognize that he has some shortcomings (articulating his vision for the war against Islamo-fascism) and has made some mistakes (prescription drug plan), he certainly is the best person to hold office since President Reagan left.

LOL!

His successful leadership has strongly served the Republican party... Oh wait, I guess they lost congress due to his gross incompetence. It will be interesting to see if his approval ratings drop below 20%. Quite a fall for someone who had over 80% approval ratings after 9/11.

No doubt in my mind that Bush royally screwed up on Iraq. His low approval rating probably is most due to Iraq. Maybe he has the big picture right, but we really shouldn't be the world police. Personally, I don't give a rat asx about what happens in Iraq as long as they don't affect us in a large and meaningful way ( which we know now Iraq really had min to no relationship to 9/11). Their existence probably servers a better counter balance to Iran. Now that counter balance is gone. It is really a shame that we are spending so much human and financial resource at Iraq.

That being said, I have no regret voted for Bush over Gore and Kerry during the last two elections. I believe Gore, or Kerry probably would have fuxked up big time somewhere if not on Iraq.

In terms of the 2008 election, I don't really find anyone too refreshing or exciting. I was hoping Bloomberg can join the race, but that boat probably has sailed away for him.
