I wish I was in phase 11....i can't wait to get moving over with and get settled in!

[quote author="Shooby" date=1222674811]From what I heard, phase 10 was the last phase that they included tubs in the master bath's for plan 2 and 3. Also, stainless steel appliances.

Looks like Phase 11 owners are moving in today. If anyone's on here welcome to the neighborhood.</blockquote>

yah in phase 12 there is no tub in the master just a shower and then a very generic simple tub in the guest bath!

I bought in Phase 11, and we still have the tub in the master bathroom, I was told that starting with Phase 12, the tub will not come with jets. Additionally, the appliances will be one level down on GE's line.</blockquote>

hey, my friend is moving in before thanksgiving too. that means that she is in phase 12? i guess i'll be around camden more often in november.

I just got my property tax bill last night. And the supplemental property tax bill for increased value on the land. House values drop, tax stays the same.

Is she moving in right before thanksgiving or earlier? Because I believe there was one townhouse that was still open in phase 11 until a few weeks ago that may be closing later in November like us. Not sure though. We are closing the week of Thanksgiving. If she is closing the same week then i'm assuming she is in phase 12!:)

if the total bill is higher than what the next phases appeal the value and have it adjusted, you are to late for this year but look at it next year...

"Each year, after the final roll is established by the Assessor, notices are sent to all property owners advising them of the current value of their properties. They are further advised that if they disagree with the value imposed by the Assessor they may file "An Application for Changed Assessment" with the Clerk of the Board during the Regular Filing Period of July 2 ? September 15"

Supplemental bill was for $376 (x 2) and tax bill was $3,600 (x 2) total of around $8,000. And this is for a plan 1.

sorry... still sounds about right... 1.8% with m-roose etc... just remember m-roose will not get cheaper even if the house value goes down...

That is what I was asking earlier also. Now I am completely paranoid about moving in since reading this thread! We should contact western or something and and ask if we can get a group rate!!

[quote author="Chi2Cali" date=1223352576]Any suggestions for a good pest control service? These insects seem to be immune to anything a can of Raid has to offer...</blockquote>

We decided to take the special financing instead of the 20K incentive because it was a better deal when we signed. Now that the interest rates have gone down some the deals are probably equal.

[quote author="Shooby" date=1223114458]Orig price was 434K, used 20K incentive towards principle and took standard flooring.</blockquote>

Just did my orientation/walkthrough on a Plan 3, did you guys notice the wall above the mantle is pre-wired to the media niche? Phew, I was going to mount my plasma above the fireplace, and thought I was going to have to rip into the wall to try and snake something through to the niche. Way to go, Lennar...

You are funny. My husband keeps reminding me about the wiring and that we should get a plasma. I'm suprised they didn't tell you about the feature!!:) Any problems with the walk through? We took a look at our stucco the other day and anticipate we will have to request some touch ups right outside our garage!
