I know there is a thread on this blog that is about the above mentioned blogger.......I just received his email today.......

I figure that this person found my email address by looking at some of my postings on this blog........I know that she was threatening to shut down the IHB for a while.....anyone else ever gotten emails from her ? It is sort of pathetic that someone would consider anything on a blog as harassment, especially if her name is not revealed.......
 
Nano, keep me posted if this continues. It borders on criminal threats, a violation of section 422 of the California Penal Code.

I haven't gotten anything... yet. But, Troop is right, this goes beyond anything a normal person should be doing. I saw nano's recent posts on Lansner and they are pretty normal when some one new starts babbling like that.



If I do get anything, I will be sure to forward Troop any thing I get.

I have been the subject of your endless harassment for 2 years. (You all know very well who you are).



It is laughable how you can justify this harassment and yet claim you yourself are a victim.



Your endless belligerence has brought about the desired result, and I have realized that I am not allowed to speak and have thus retired. I spoke up today because I see that any new person on Lansner's blog will suffer from these endless accusations. It is unfair to them. It is unfair to me. And trooper? I don't think I'll be having any law enforcement problems. I'm thinking you should stay out of it.



You all are the lowest of the low, acting like you are somehow gods, deciding who may speak and who may not. I see this bizarre god-complex repeated here day in and day out. Always ridiculing visitors who do not fully support your line of thinking. I know you cannot see this. It is impossible. You would need something resembling an open mind to achieve this and that is simply not the case.



So, have at it. Knock yourself out trying to drown out all opposing thought. Good luck with that.

You're simply not that important that blog members spend all the time you claim they do harassing you.

Wow, just wow. I was once in a jurior in a case like this. ALL the email, threads, messages came out and a cohearent pattern developed. It wasn't a good thing for the instigator.

And Trooper? I didn't threaten anyone with death or bodidly harm (or anything else). Your implying that I did shows very, very poor judgement for someone in your profession. You should be professional engough to seperate your blogging life from your real one.

"Electronic communication device" includes, but is not limited to,

telephones, cellular telephones, computers, video recorders, fax

We can get into semantics here if you want....but this law, as it is written, is not quite as black and white as it seems. Judges have common sense and will listen to reason. If Nano feels threatened for his safety by your comments, you can bet you risk arrest. If this exact statute doesn't fit, there are many others that deal with these issues. Please, just knock it off. Talk all you want, but no threats.

And your comment about "talk all I want"? The fact that I cannot "talk all I want" is what this is all about.



I suppose it's A-OK in your book for people to post another person's personal details (and address) on blogs for the purpose of frightening them into shutting up? You don't know enough about the history involved here to be making any threats of your own.
 
No, I certainly don't think it's OK to post anyone's personal information on a blog.



Nor do I think it's appropriate to contact someone on their personal email if they don't want you to. I'm pretty sure you can assume Nano wants no further contact from you in that arena.



You are clearly overstepping your boundaries by doing so and that is the only reason why we are having this discussion.



I am merely telling you that this type of behavior is not taken lightly.



Public blogs are one thing, private emails are quite another.

Agreed.......and in general I ignore the drivel posted by ROC/Truthi/Pebbles/Provide....for the most part it seems that she likes to stir up controversy so she can get some attention........., However, the stuff that was posted on the Lansner blog on Monday seemed to be babble to me................what I don't understand is why this person seems to change names and think that other bloggers won't figure it out. It must be the "dumber than me" concept. I suspect that the "dumber than me" concept is what drove the real estate bubble and that the real estate types still want to find dumb people to buy homes.





On the subject of being anonymity, I was taught to never say anything about anyone behind there back that I would not say to their face. For my adult life I've followed this rule. If anyone on this blog or anywhere else wants to meet me to see if this is true, its ok with me.
 
Well genius, you are wrong. That was not me. So, I consider it harassment (of me) on your part to see my name brought up everytime a new poster joins the fold on Lansner's blog. I will not be posting there due to this crap from you and particularly, No_Vaseline, the pious Catholic, so you needn't waste your time. Capishe?
