Bluemoon - shut your damn trap, quit your crying and go back to england. If you dont like what you find here and consider it a wast of time then stop posting and leave, you do have that choice. I would think most people here would disagree that we waste our time here, i personally find this site useful and informative. Your attitude makes it hard to feel bad for you.

Before you go there I am single thank God! There is no way I would stay married for the sake of children, nor guilt or any other pathetic excuse to move on, and live life to its fullest. We only get one shot at this. If we cheat while married. There's no break. We should have had the balls to move on and give the person we cheated on a chance at true love. Since cheating isn't true love. It's a pathetic attempt at marriage and trying to live in denial, and hope the other person changes. People don't change they are who they are. Wake up and stop making their life miserable. Grow some balls! Oops this is IHB- I mean really you should stop having an affair, and think about your wife and children, really get a divorce. Unless you're Latin and think it's OK to cheat on your pathetic wife who puts up with your BS- Grow some balls and get a divorce big man! Ahhhhh, who will do the washing, the cleaning, the cooking? Unfortunately, the MLS is full of properties and has even more properties that just stopped listing that were priced at a price that would get the owner out from under a huge pile of debt. Few if any sold. Part of that is because of buyers like me. There's a short sale near where I rent. If I played knifecatcher at 160X rent, my offer would still come in at roughly half of what their outstanding pile of debt is.</p>
<p>If I offered what future rent and a fair future rent multiplier would be (not an Irvine property) of 120X, I'd be putting an offer in at roughly 1/3rd of their outstanding debt.</p>
<p>If you were the owner would you be insulted? angry? or just depressed? No insult in intended, it's just a purchase price that makes sense for me to stop renting.</p>
