The perfect BK style house designed just for IHBers.

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
Any thought on a plan like my house-namely corner lots with side garages, so the front of house is on one street and the garage is on another? You can't do this for every house, of course, unless you only build four houses per block, but maybe put all of the highest-end models on the corner lots and sell them at a premium. Maybe have the non-corner houses have rear garages like some of the photos in this thread. Of course, this is contrary to bk's plan.

Edit: Now that I think about it, it's not contrary to bk's plan. You could still have an alley, but just have the corner houses not be on the alley. It would reduce crowding on the alley as well, since four garages per block would be off the street, not the alley. It would reduce street parking somewhat, though.

$220K annually? Really? No wonder there are so many cash buyers out there.</blockquote>

Is that for the member alone or, for those who are coupled and/or live with other family members, combined family income?

I also think this says a lot about the direction of the politics threads.

I don't recall if I voted in the salary poll, but I'm afraid I'd bring your average down quite a bit. If I did vote in it... yikes.

Same here, although of course I could never afford to live in Irvine.

I can afford to live in Irvine, I just can't afford to buy here :)
