So when's the next IHB gathering?

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
What AZD is saying is only possible because banks stopped trying to collect deficiency judgments in out years - past the default, where folks are back on their feet again. They used to do it, and people did what they could to make sure they didn't default. You?d get a note one day from the bank that your account had been levied, and your new property had a lien attached.

I wonder why the banks quit? Must of been too expensive.

What are the stars symbols on the foreclosure spots? I hadn't seen those before.

It's funny... now that I look at that... it reminds me of those relief maps in the new homes sales offices that have the Available blue buttons and the Sold red buttons.

The one thing about Irvine (and again this is my opinion) is once the dust is settled, those foreclosed homes will have buyers and occupants so the banks/taxpayers won't be holding the bag for long... for the IE and other outlaying areas... not so much.

Count me in...what time? Make the calls to get the regulars out.

Game starts at 5. Cayci and I will try to get there early to get a booth in the bar, but no guarantees on the booth or us arriving early.
