Saratoga vs roundtree/springhouse

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
Being in SG I agree that curb appeal wasn't and still isn't a top priority.  If it was, I definitely wouldn't have picked this neighborhood.    Just my two cents since people were griping about it, and I can understand where they are coming from about it.  I wouldn't pay $200 more in HOA fees (Woodbury) to get that curb appeal.

Would I rather dump more money on a 70 inch Sony XBR 4K TV over some very expensive plants to improve curb appeal?  Any day of the week...to each his own I say.

As long as the Chinese keep the demand up...property value will stay up.

By the looks of it, value is still waaaaaaayyyyy high.

We went to look at the house the other day.  It was okay.  The listing agent was different though.  Weird.

I need to send email blast to China that Santa Ana is the new Irvine of OC!

Isn't Woodbury hoa $110. Same or similar to SG?

Woodbury HOA is $300, or at least all the listings that I saw

Santa Ana is too close.. Tell them Stanton!

Just need to make one plaza with a Din Tai Fung, Sam Woo, and a 99 Ranch Market and the rest will fall into place.

That's incorrect. Woodbury master is 110. If it's condo, then some have sub associations which may make it 300.  But that should be the case in stonegate too.

Stonegate is technically a condo but only one HOA fee.

StoneTree Manor on the other hand has two.

For Stonegate, when it first openend, there was SFR and detached condo product but had only one HOA, like Laguna Altura.

Don't know about the newer ones but that was the case for the first tracts..

What I think he meant to say was Saratoga is a detached "condo" and the fees are still $110.

I have been obviously shopping the wrong homes in Woodbury.  I'll give time for SG to mature, but from the looks of it, the landscaping isn't going to be as appealing as Woodbury or other neighborhoods.
