Btw, is Seafood City open?
Not yet. After I went to Joanne's I walked by the space to see how far they are... seems like quite a bit of interior work to do.

But I can confirm Jolly Bee, Grill City and Red Ribbon (bakery) are going to open up there too.

I'm wondering how many people will end up at Red Robin across the street or vice versa.

Hmmm... sounds like someone might want to send their kid there. :)

Probably going to do a half day to start getting her transitioned to full time day care when she is older.

My tip on touring preschools, if it doesn't smell like pee or poop when you walk in, it's a keeper

im with you man, its brand spanking new, cant be all that bad. i didnt tour any other schools.

Don't know if it has been mentioned but the Yogurtland in Diamond Jamboree closed down.  I was kinda of surprised as it was pretty popular but the combination of 85 Deg, Lollicup, and Meet Fresh probably killed profitability.

I would at least tour 1 or 2 more.

They don't have it on their website but what kind of tuition are they charging?

for under 18 months for 1 month is 1200. you pay an extra 60 to drop off from 7 to 8:30 and or 100 to drop off from 7am to 8:30 and also pickup from 3:30 to 6pm. so 1300 including before/after school daycare.

Before and after school care?  We're talking about a 18 month old?  So otherwise it's what 10am to 3pm only?  What a scam.  Like buying a car and it didn't come with seats, it'll still work but just really inconvenient.

under 18 months is is 8:30 to 3pm, which im guessing is pretty standard. that cost about 1200/month. to be able to drop them between 7am and 8:30am is 50/month, if you want the after 3pm day care that is another 50/month, so 1300 including before/after daycare.

That's actually reasonable. When my son used to be in daycare they charged the same price for everyone from 6am to 6pm but we only had our son there from 10am to 5pm and I thought we deserved a discount.

Wow, YL closed down?  This is the first one I can remember that has closed down.  Any others?

That's the one.  It will probably open next month sometime.  They've run into a few setbacks with construction.

@remote access - any update as to when the Bonchon Chicken might open?

I went to Boudin next to it and it looks like the signage was taken down. Maybe they are not opening there anymore?
