Wonder how many owner occupied buyers missed out because of the high number of "all cash" flippers buying in these limited releases. Looks like an "investor" heavy neighborhood which is not a plus in my books.

Unfortunately, this has been a pattern in all of the new communities recently. It's a shame to be honest.

The problem is that the builders love the foreign cash buyers and they tend to be the few buyers who can afford the high prices.

I agree, a lot of the homes in the new home communities in Irvine are being left vacant after they are bought up by the FCB's and some of the homes are not maintained while the owners are living overseas.
