61 Scarlet Bloom is a single level condo at ground level with 59 Scarlet Bloom directly above it. Didn't get to go into the unit but my observations are that it has three problems that can't be remedied -- it has nice big windows but is a corner unit with a stop sign in front of it so everyone stopping at the intersection can see into the unit. The windows have an arch that could make it expensive to have good looking window treatments. Second problem is the master bedroom is oriented directly across the street from a basketball court and tennis courts (some people might like that but not us). Third problem is there is a larger unit (59) above it so it's likely a family living there with kids running around would cause constant noise overhead for 61. With these problems I wouldn't buy it even at $375,000.
