I own one like the plan 3 Decada. 1622sf 3/2.5. Mine might have been the original Cal Pac 4-pack detached cluster development, Wisteria in West Irvine, bought in 2001. I'm going to sell it when I get into escrow on a bigger place. That could be this summer or two years from now depending on what happens in the market...</blockquote>

Damn, there is a huge premium for TRidge. Bank-owned of my plan just closed in my tract for $552K. Bower Tree would only by an early 2005 rollback price-wise.
