Yep, they didn't agree to regrout entirely but they etched and added grout, end result isn't perfect but much much better than the original so I accepted it as is.

Funny this came up again as my wife was complaining about the tile yesterday.  My son slid on the tile floor in the kitchen and took a good chunk of skin out of his knee.  Toughened him up a bit I think...

I would take a picture and send it to the builder.

you really should, i bet they would fix your tile after that.  then you can also include a picture of your black eye your wife gave you for letting your kid get hurt on the sharp tile that the builder didnt fix :-)

tell me about it. she has been getting on me about not being able to take the baby to the pool. i told her she better be at the damn pool every damn weekend when the FOB access is reinstated. i know that she will probably go to the pool like once and then probably wont go back till next year.
