There is nothing else i would call prestigious in east OC outside of maybe Villa Park and always plenty of people willing to pay the prestige tax. YL, Anaheim hills, etc. are nice, not prestigious. that said, northpark is probably at least as nice of a place to call home and cheaper.

Why would IP not build every home with 10 ft ceilings? It makes such a huge difference.
