Orchard Hills 4 - "The Summit" Updates

Have any of you noticed a subtle weather change in the last 7-8 years in Irvine? Is it unusally dry this year with no rain? I am looking at some Irvine photos I took from 2017 winter and lawn and trees were very green beautifully maintained and looks very different from what I saw in my recent visit. Isn't it unsual for Irvine to be this brown in the winter months? Especially around Portola Springs and around OH.

It just looked like there hasn't been any rain in years.

Definitely less rain this year.. but there was definitely more rain a couple years ago (maybe even last year). This is just how it goes in California. Media and government here has been screaming drought for decades.

That price can not get you a decent new home at NPC.

why buy new? why not buy a plot of land and rebuild with your own design? 7M can easily give you that flexibility. Plus, older homes are built better.
