Soylent Green Is People said:If Anti 2A, Anti-NRA folks were really riled up about "money and influence" perhaps they should also include the lobbying and campaign financing of Teachers Unions.
Why? Well, considering more children arerapedmolested by Teachers per year than killed by NRA members at schools, shouldn't there be some leftover outrage to share on the issue? Need some evidence of the claim? Google "Teacher accused of" or "Teacher arrested for" which gives plenty of cases in just the past 12 months.

Evidently it's possible to buy off politicians and avoid both school and teacher reform with less money than it does to ensure a constitutionally protected right remains so. Should this be allowed to stand?

Goodness gracious. This is horribly flawed logic. Who has more access to kids than teachers? Parents? By this fact alone, I would expect the vast majority of violations of children to be perpetrated by parents and teachers. It's simple math/statistics.
The 2nd Amendment is not an absolute right, regardless of how many times anyone screams "Constitutionally protected!!!"
