Nothing much, just browsing around. Especially with all these new development around us. I figure I come back to see what people are saying about it. I can't say I am surprised by the comments. That's a good thing. I think I may even saw you, actually your car at one of the grand opening. I saw your plate.
How do you find time to do all these things man. Good for you.
 
Seller has accepted one of the offers and we are opening escrow today.  Status on MLS has been changed to PENDING.  Price will be over list price.  ;)

Keepin a low profile, huh?  That's cool.  As for me, well my real estate business has been growing and growing over the years.  Honestly being younger and the fact that I LOVE real estate keeps me going strong.  I make the rounds to the new home developments all the time.  Not hard to figure out if I'm there (my cars give me away).  haha

There were 2 active listings in West Irvine until I hit the PENDING button on MLS earlier today.  Now we have only one active listing in all of West Irvine.  Crazy.
 
Lies, all lies!! Bones wasn't even there! Actually my wife decided that we needed a dining room table so we went to buy one and no ice cream for me :-(

Ps - the calves are still in full effect!
