Yeah it did, I NEVER got an offer within 24 hours of a listing....let alone 2 of them.  Having a listing that looks like a model home doesn't hurt though.  ;)
 
Third offer came in and there's a 4th one coming.  Best & Final counters have been sent out and are due back by Thursday at 8pm. 

We might be in escrow on Friday so the Seller may cancel the open houses.

And what is wrong with having a high post count?

I think he's back because I barely knocked him out of our Fantasy NBA playoffs, which was karma because I got knocked out last round by almost the same margin.

All 3 offers/counters back in.  Seller will select one of them this evening so the open house for this weekend is cancelled (it was going to rain anyhow).  I guess I'll go with Qwerty to get some ice cream this weekend.  ;D
