I'm second generation Chinese born and raise in LA and we never sit outside enjoying fruits, tea, and muffins like a true American family.  :D

And ironically, my mom does own two of those visors bought in Rowland Heights which has a nice big Korean community. Haha!
 
I love the view in that picture. But where are the bedroom windows with people peering down at you.  It doesn't quite feel like Irvine unless you glance up at wave at your nosy neighbor.
 
When it's on sale at Costco they do :D

Flavor preference? Blueberry? Chocolate with chocolate chips? Costco muffins are like my new favorite things right now.
