At night my OCD kicks into high gear and I'll go check in on the zombies 3-4 times (more if they're showing signs of getting sick).
When I enter their rooms, if I shuffled any more, I'd be the robot of LMFAO.

one thing that surprised me though was irvine pacific let me pick the color grout for my floors n showers for free... even the grout for the areas with standard tiles...

this was the FIRST time IP didnt charge me for something "custom"... i almost couldn't believe it... i was like "no, really?, free?, no charge?"... the designer was probably trying hard not to smack me n kick me out haha
 
Did you pick black grout on white tiles?

This way you never have to worry about cleaning your grout (and you can pretend your shower looks like an Excel spreadsheet).
 
i was too shocked cause it was way to out line for irvine pacific... i forgot what i picked already =_=... cause i still havent really recovered... it was crazy...

btw the design center gives out goody bags (comes with a tape measure, some design magazines, bag, note board, etc)... u gotta ask for it though... bags actually pretty well made... i thought that was pretty cool
 
You get another goody bag when they give you the keys.  The bag is not as good as the designer center ones, at least for Stonegate homes, it's a jute material. Maybe LA will give out better bags as part of "profit sharing" for the extra money they made off you  8)
 
you get the book "Coastal Mountains To The Sea" at closing that you can showcase to your family and friends that you've made it, that Irvine is such a magical Unicorn land that residents from Porter Ranch, Rancho Santa Margarita and Johns Creek should be very jealous at.

LOL "u made it" when u buy in irvine? i dunno about that man... all my friends think im like wierd and loser for buying here cause i cant afford a real "home" in los angeles (bev hills/palos verdes)... but whatever, im used to them making fun of me for being the only middle class in their group... my definition of "making it" is definitely different from others especially after growing up with these fuckers hahah...

buying in irvine is like getting a C in class... like a consolation prize n pat on the back for barely trying...
