Need help with a decision in Pavillion Park/Great Park

I believe RoundTree had a couple fallout and should be able to get in there quickly if you really want a home there.  Springhouse, all you have to do is go in there and say you are prequalified and submitted the application and they will let you look at the Site Plan and put down your Top 3.

I believe you can get a Mendocino for low 900s.  Also, Marigold and Magnolia are nice in Cypress Village as well.


If you wait until Orchard Hills, I really think that will be nice but from what I heard, starter detached condos similar to Marigold in Cypress Village will be starting at high 700s and low 800s from a friend at Irvine Company.

But like someone said, it would be nice to wash you car in your driveway and wave to your neighbors.  Hard to do that in a California Court unless you part sideways and be that guy.
 
Went straight to make it easier.  You can go through an agent for the commission but make she they are just as aggressive in getting the lot you want as you would be.
