Hey thanks for taking action and doing something about it.  It's easy to complain but takes commitment to actually make a formal complaint/request to Irvine PD.

Looks like there's just few more phase before final buildout.  I notice the builder starts to grade the lot on the Berkshire Wood, that's the street one over the model home's.  Looks like Mulberry will be sold out by end of the fall. 

Mulberry is at Phase 15 with 16 coming this month.

That's fast. I didn't think Mulberry will be the first to have people actually living in the model homes potentially in 2014.

My landscaping are 99% done.  KS landscaping was the one doing my yard and they have been bring potential customer to tour my backyard recently. 

If you contact KS about doing your yard, they might take you to tour my yard too.  One advise for you, ask them to show you the job they did in Marigold.  The owner might be a little uptight about showing their yard but I hear that yard are really nice.

Do you guys know what will be included in the sports park on Roosevelt across from Floral Park? So far it looks like a baseball diamond, basketball court, and tot lot. Wasn't there going to be volleyball courts and a soccer field as well?

Was just there last weekend... the underpass is done but they still have to work on the surrounding streets (getting into Knowlwood's is a pain).
