Right on Jamboree, must be loud, but not near traffic lights so maybe not too bad?  Love the price and lot size... Why are the walls so bare/lack of furniture?  Too afraid to hang up anything.. wait.. they have a chinese realtor.. that explains it

You should have bought 15 Parma instead--large lot and is NOT against Jamboree. Maybe it will fall out of escrow if you are lucky. Or better yet, wait for another home. Backing or siding to a major road would be a deal breaker for me and future buyers.

I'm not that familiar with Quail Hill and I was wondering what are the main differences in these properties.  They all look the same to me.  Does a view lot really demand a $100,000 premium?

307 and 315 are both 3-story floor plans while 132 is a 2-story floor plan.  In general, the 2-story floor plan sells for about $75k +/- more than the 3-story floor plan.  The seller for 315 is smoking a bit of the good stuff thinking that they'll get that huge of a premium just because the property has a view.

The pricing on 61 Secret Garden is very interesting.  Looks like prices have barely moved in the past 8 years (10% is not that big of a drop IMHO)!

Apr 18, 2005 Sold (Public Records) $1,054,000
Sep 26, 2008 Sold (MLS) (Closed) $950,000
Apr 12, 2012 Sold (MLS) (Closed) $979,000

PS9,

Here is another one that just hit the market in WI. Large home and lot with interior location. Go take a look. Plus it is IHO approved--3CWG. And oooh--double red doors!  :)

Isn't $900k overpriced?

Esp since 3CWGs in Tustin Ranch are closing for below $775k and one closed in Oak Creek for $760k.

So when did doors replace towels?

this one is 3700 sq ft, or about 242 per sq/ft - are the ones closing for 775K in TR similar in size?

If a house had a murder in it, does the sellers agent have to disclose it to potential buyers?

or ghosts
or a gate to hell..

etc.
