Can I sell you my Avatar? It is worth $276.5 K in Irvine. It is a "great room" concept where kitchen/dining and living are all in one space.

This is perfect for you. Just add a mechanical crossing arm and you are in business. Every good parking patrol needs my avatar.

Depends if it comes with the Lennar financing or I could just swing for that 500 sq. foot room/condo/kitchen/all in one that IR profiled on Streamwood.

But actually, I have avatars disabled so I am not sure what it is. Maybe I should disable pictures after what ten posted in the escrow thread. Not a pic I wanted coming at work :)

Hey Nude,

Go easy on him.

Graph hasn?t been the same since Target laid him off in ?06.

Nice to see he?s finally living his dream, and found his true calling ?playing? Peter Pan or Tinkerbell.

Disney is a big step up for him from his ?nutter? days at the ?Cockpit?, where he usually spends most of his nights.

Ten just FYI, I have never been to Ipop's house. I thought it was funny that you called it the "Man Hole" last time, and thought that it might be a manly sports like home. But now, after you call it the "Cockpit", I just have to wonder how special your relationship is with Ipop.

Do me a favor though, don't bring up the Target days. That was a rough time, and the subject is quite the sore spot. However, it did remind me where I know you from... you asked me for an application. Hey, sorry you didn't get the job, they do have standards after all.

Oh... and I was at downtown Disney, because the Ten I was with wanted to go to Sephora. I know you don't know what Sephora is, because they don't carry Axe, but you should go there sometime, they have better products than Axe. And, Nude will attest that she is definitely a Ten.

Graph,

Of course I know about Sephora, cut me some slack.

Shop there all time, South Coast location.

They carry my air-brush self-tanner, St. Tropez brand.

For hair product, I go with Jonathan.

Sure you haven?t been to the South Coast location, remember seeing a guy wearing an Old Guys Rule T-shirt, rocking a Cuervo visor and Blu Blockers.

If I see you there again I?ll be sure to say hi.

The fact that you caught the name change from ?Man Hole? to ?Cockpit? filled my heart with joy.

I knew you were paying attention.

Great stuff, indeed

Now do your part and insert the manual thumbs-up on my rockin? post.

Harness the power of AXE

graphrix adds: Alright, I gotta give you props on the post, it wasn't just gold, it was that platinum bling I would expect from you. Now, she isn't a exactly a 10, but after a few Man-O-Mango and goose cocktails she might be. Here are your two thumbs up for that rockin post...

ehhh... i dont know. looks like a lot of maintenance.

From many of my surveys I get the issue regarding "maintenance" a lot from Asian buyers. I will stucco over all the exposed beams and other intricate wood detailings just for you. I have seen a lot of stucco wrapped craftsman houses in Alhambra. I can also clad the entire Acpme mansion with stones but that will be a premium and I will have to raise the price.

Dude, ten, you crack me up with every post. You're like the Lakers -- hitting on every cylinder and peaking at the right time.

Thanks Skek!

Let?s hope you?re right about the Purple and Gold tonight.

This thread rocked today, it was a lot of fun and very entertaining.

Thankfully, I did manage to get that ?nutter? and ?Cockpit? reference in.

He fired back pretty well with a nice counter-attack.

Probably should?ve struck harder when he mentioned being on a date at Downtown Disney with a ?Ten? year old (Paging Chris Hansen)

Since he didn't mention Roy?s or Cheesecake at Gardenwalk, I should've unloaded on him for going to the Rainforest Cafe.

What happened to Ipop, is he hiding in a bunker somewhere?

Ah, real work called today, so I've been mostly off the blog. CEO is headed out of town tomorrow morning and we are bringing some M&A;stuff to a close. He gets to golf Pine Valley for two days while I crunch numbers here in my dingy office...

You were indeed on fire today ten. Graph as well. Excellent between meeting entertainment. Good to see Graph get in game with something besides labor force statistics although that was a lovely piece of analysis.

You'll have to excuse Graph, he's finally getting some lovin' and this has seriously reduced his snarkitude. It's a safe bet that when he's at his snarkiest, it's because he hasn't had a "happy ending" recently. :coolsmirk:

Yeah... today was fun, no labor stats, and no escrows.

So, tonight I stop by my former employer, somehow they let me in, and man... do I miss those red shirts. Anyway, I saw this two pack of Axe for my boy Ten here. You never can have enough Axe...

http://img109.mytextgraphics.com/photolava/2008/04/24/img00059-4aa4ours5.jpeg

And, like the package says... two are always better than one.

It also looks like the Lakers will handle their business tonight, only 2:45 to go in Q4 with a now 18 point lead due to Koby's three.

I think Ten is getting in your head Graph. You probably cracked that Axe value pack open right when you got home to luxuriate in some newfound man-smell! Next think you'll be reporting on is your 10% off deal on warbrobe restock via your new Aber credit card... Just let it go man, there can only be one 10magnet.

Lakeys looked okay tonight. Defense was so-so, much less energy than their 1st game. Did Odom play tonight? Must have missed him... Excellent patience against the zone though in the 2nd half. Denver doesn't match-up well enough to play them man and their match-up Z is weak. Rotations are too slow. I think Denver gets 1 of 2 at home and Lakers close them out in five.

Odom couldn't move without getting whistled so it's not a surprise that you missed him. This series gets closed out in Denver, and Kobe will be immediately escorted to a waiting jet to be flown anywhere but Colorado.

I'm starting to suspect Ten is actually a regional Unilever rep. Granted, I don't need to impress any females besides my fiancee--or maybe I'm just too old [fashioned]--but I can't really grasp the appeal of the product. :red: I predict that in a few years legions of MBA students will be studying HBS case write-ups on how Unilever executed a perfect marketing blitzkrieg in getting consumers to accept that men should not only wear a daily perfume, but that it will turn outer-league hotties into senseless nymophomaniacs.
