Laguna Altura Homebuying Seminar

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
Activities Surround You
Located minutes from Irvine Spectrum Center? and Fashion Island?, the cultural arts of Laguna Beach, golfing at Pelican Hill Golf Club? and much more, this convenient address creates an ideal style of living.

I'll give you "minutes" to the speculum, and maybe Laguna, depending on the backup along the 133, but neither fascist island nor pelican are "minutes"

Unless they have a helipad at LA that they aren't telling us about!

Hey Derek Fisher, the commisher...er TIC probably has a job for you when this all ends.
Oooo... sore spot... I hate the NBA lockout. Players should play... that's what they're paid those big contracts to do. How many people ask their bosses to split revenue with them 52/48 in the employees' favor? Just work and stop complaining... I'll gladly sit on the pine for 6 to 7 figures.

And uh... MovinOnUp... welcome to TI.

You think you have it bad, try being a Heat fan!  Its like the NBA said "Hey guys, they are just too good, we need to stop playing and put them in their place".

I was... all last year... and my friends hated me for it.

I really want LeBron to win a trophy... just to show everyone that sometimes you have to do the hard things to get a ring... or you end up like Karl Malone, John Stockton and Charles Barkley.

That being said... Dallas deserved that win (and Kidd finally got a ring with the team he started with)... and while Cuban annoys me... it also shows he tries to do what it takes to win.

Thunder fan here....I thought this would be the year for them.  Harden looks ready to step up big time.

Just wish they would start playing, just sucks wasting a year of all the prime of many great careers and also lose a year for careers that are going downhill like Kobe.

side benefit to the lockout.  we have laker season tix.  in lieu of cancelled games, lakers are crediting us with 5% interest on the ticket value of cancelled games.  that's better than any money market or CD!    im okay now that we have football, but come january, i wonder what will fill the void

Couldn't agree more Akim about the 5% interest.  How long have you been ticket holder?  This would have been my 3rd year  :(

I love Cuban, I think he can be for Dallas what Steinbenner was for the Yanks.  That's how sports should be done, not like businesses but as "toys" of the extremely wealthy.  Frankly, I really don't like the hate LeBron gets.  That man give back more to the community than most players in all sports.  The whole ESPN thing he did, all the money went to Boys and Girls Club, when do you think the last time ANY of the people who rail on him donated to charity?

lol, grats on making a really smart investment!

BTW:

I also got one of these for Stonegate too... so they seem to be slowing down also (although if you click on the 'Quick Move-In Homes' for Irvine Pacific, Stonegate has only 1 available).

This is what really got my attention:

For TIC, it's ALWAYS a great time to buy....ESPECIALLY when they are selling new homes.

This would have been year 6.    I'm not sure how long we'll continue this.  With having a kid now (and hopefully more to come) the time committment is really tough.  But I've had some great memories and times over the past few years at the games, including some hardware to go along with it!    I have 2 replica championship rings that sit on my shelf in the den.  Was really hoping for one more...
