I would avoid the southern and western border homes.. Lots of afternoon sun... how's the view?

It'll be whatever I have left when I go visit La Cresta.  Maybe a quarter of an eaten cookie, half of a bottle of water or a pretty sales girl from their office.  :-*

I toured all 5 model homes in less than 1.5 hours; had to rush as this Johns Creek weather is killing me; what's the name of that idiot real estate investor who likes to convince people to move from SoCal to Georgia?
