I ask our neighbors, point blank, why they are moving.
Nora?s good at math. There are too many kids here good at math. They?re affecting her self-esteem.
Asian parents take their kids for extra tutoring. It?s not fair for the ?regular? kids.
The high school is too competitive. My kids won?t get into a good college because of all of the Asians.
I want my children to grow up in the real world. This is not the real world.

Panda is right, JC is really just like Irvine.  :)

The Asian demographics in Johns Creek is changing much faster than I had expected. Eventually Lambert High School will also become an Asian majority within the next 10 years.

Yeah let's shortcut this... so Panda, what's the minimum investment you'll take to buy a house and rent it out?

Who would of thought IHO would be considering Johns Creek?

Must be the result of the cash flow investing. ;)

Panda, you should start an investment club for Georgia, like IHB started a while back.  Maybe you can get some investors to go in on a bunch of house with you.  Unless you have plenty of capital.

I guess so , except his would be particular to Georgia.

Perhaps i would consider it if my operations got bigger into office, retail, and industrial projects as well. Currently I enjoy working closely with my individual investor clients. The sweet spot of my clients have a net worth between $500,000 - $3,000,000 whom Russ Alan Prince (leading authority on the private wealth industry) classifies them as the middle class millionaires. My investor clients believe in building their real estate wealth in Single Family Homes in good emerging neighborhoods and seek both capital appreciation and cash flow.
