Yes outside looks fugly but you gotta love that California basement in the <a href="http://www.lennar.com/New-Homes/California/Orange-County/The-Gables-@-Columbus-Square/Plan-Four">Gables Plan 4</a>--at least the way the one in the model looked, with a media center, game room, and guest bedroom.</blockquote>


Pushing the garage back could not save this fugly house. A million dollar house that is only 22' wide !



Here is a same width lot with better houses.
