This one looks pretty overpriced, with some terrible photos too.
But it is a nice neighborhood.
Who puts a prep kitchen in a two car garage, five bedroom house? What a fucking waste of space, that has to be the absolute dumbest thing anyone could have done with that space.
Oh are you hosting a wedding for 80 people in your 14x12 living room area? I hate prep kitchens in these kinds of houses so much.
There is a prep kitchen. It says so in the description. And it's the picture that zubs posted, the one with cabinets that don't go to the top. Really dumb idea and waste of space, like ThirtySomethingWEquity said.I don't think there is a prep kitchen. The listing says "a large island perfect for meal prep or casual dining". I don't even see a pantry. They do have a separate dining table.

Oh! I thought that pix was the kitchen in the house! Maybe they had an extended two car garage they used for the prep kitchen but it seems weird doing that. You'd always have to open the garage to house door to go in and out to use it. Is that even code? Cooking in an enclosed garage? There is a prep kitchen. It says so in the description. If you want to see how Realtors ought to correctly market a property, follow this Instagram account, as I do.
(PS - Not just because how she looks, but how she presents these homes)
