as far as the 8k tax because if MELLO ROOS, I bet most of you who made comments about if you have to worry about the 8k you shouldn't be buying a million dollar home are the same ones who shop endlessly for mortgages to save a $100 a month

Why you would choose Baker over QH or TRidge is boggling to me. Unless those are condos and you wanted more space.
