Ok, so Mary just called and told me that they found my docs but that no notes were made on which lots I was interested in so I will have to fill out a reservation form (I am rapidly losing interest in this neighborhood so I doubt if I will do this). Apparently, it doesn't matter when you submit your pre-qual. What matters is when you submit a reservation form (no fee req'd). This is something she never mentioned at our first meeting. She only told me that to get priority, I needed to submit pre-quals.
Now she told me that the priority I got from submitting the pre-quals. was so I could be one of the first people to get a phone call notifying me when phases one and two were opening ???
Anyways, she did seem genuinely sorry for the misunderstanding though. Oh well, like Indie said, I will just sit tight and wait to see where prices go from here...meanwhile I'll catch up on more Z fiction to learn how to protect myself from the inevitable...he he
